What does this service include?
This is critical for all businesses so that they can monitor performance and also set targets for what the business needs to achieve each year. Typically in the format of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and a Cash flow forecast.
Cash flow forecast
Links into financial projections and key for any business and financier to understand as this will be how they get repaid. We would also provide a detailed forecast showing the maximum utilisation of cash vs debt facility, which will highlight the crucial trends.
Regular meetings to discuss targets
Face to face meeting to go through projections vs actual performance, notes are drawn up summarising the business performance and then what needs to change going forward. Meetings of this nature are typically monthly or quarterly to ensure the detail remains current.
Meeting with funders
External funding via Bank’s to assist with working capital or expansion – debt will usually be in the form of an Overdraft, Loan, Invoice Discounting or Asset finance.
