What does this service include?

Business planning & advice

Preparation and delivery of a detailed Business Plan - to include financial projections. Analysing your target market and how the business will achieve what is described in the Business Plan and what assumptions are based upon through market research.

Business structure

Ensuring your structure is tax efficient, protects the trading business and any assets that are key to the business. We will look at how staff are paid/incentivised allowing the owners to benefit personally from the business once it starts to generate a profit.

Finance options

Review of possible lenders such as Banks or financial institutions that would be willing to lend. Depending on the level of debt requested, security is likely to be needed given start up nature/perceived risk of a new business.

Incubation

Within our network of contacts and our vast experience in helping start-ups we are able to offer links to other services such management training which can be very useful for business in their infancy.
