Payroll

We see no reason why a business shouldn’t have complete peace of mind when it comes to payroll. We can manage the setting up of payments, PAYE registration and making sure all correspondence is sent to the right people at the right time. We’ll also help you manage and set up workplace pensions and necessary filings along with the production of payslips, P60, P45s and P11d benefits.

What does this service include?

Set up of payroll scheme

Register the business as an employer with HMRC and once successfully registered you will receive a PAYE reference number

Processing of Payroll

Preparation of salary summaries (weekly, fortnightly or monthly), payslips sent to employees individually and once the payroll is finalised, it is sent to HMRC via the Real Time Information (RTI) portal.

Work place pension requirements

Your business will be provided with a staging date to enrol and will register with a provider who will manage the scheme, we can provide you with options. Monthly calculations are prepared and uploaded the scheme provider and contributions are taken via direct debit on a monthly basis.

Notice of Coding

Management of PAYE tax codes to ensure you and your employees are being deducted the correct amount of tax.

End of year P60

Production of end of year P60 for you and your employees confirming the amount of tax you have paid in the relevant tax year.

P45

Production of P45 forms should your employees leave the business, these are required by the new employer to confirm tax paid to date and the relevant tax code is used.

Processing of P11D benefits

Submission of end of year report to HMRC for each employee you’ve provided with expenses or benefits.
