What process do our services follow?

Start the Conversation

Speak to us openly and honestly about your business and future financial goals.

Face to face meeting

An initial visit, typically at your premises, so that we can truly understand how your business operates.

Proposal of services

A bespoke proposal document will be drawn up for your review, which summarises the services we feel best suit you and your business needs.

Discuss and review proposal with client

A further to face-to-face meeting to agree the terms and discuss any points that require clarification, as well as introducing the Client Account Manager.

Formal engagement letters

Signing of engagement letters confirming the service we have been instructed to provide with Money Laundering checks.

Clearance request

With your permission we write formally to your existing Accountant asking for Professional Clearance and once received we can begin work on your affairs.

Bespoke timetable of services provided

Together we will agree a timeline of priorities based on the proposal of services and set deadlines and targets to ensure efficiency.
